About your Host
Paula Wilson (she/her) is also an acupuncturist and member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), she has 18 years experience, (26 if we include mental health specific training). With a passion for mental well-being as well as pain relief, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being, not only with her treatments but by helping guide them to make small manageable changes to their diet and lifestyle to truly get to the root and make change.
Paula has a unique approach that combines her two degrees (in psychology and acupuncture) with her Clinical Hypnotherapy diploma. She is currently working on her Masters in Chinese Herbal Medicine. She also provides lifestyle, mindset and nutritional advice as a standard part of her care. This holistic approach has helped hundreds of clients get free of their pain and discomfort while also reducing their stress, anxiety and depressive symptoms, ultimately helping to elevate their overall quality of life.
